As a Coach, I use a  brain-based approach to help clients create zesty, meaningful goals, map out a path to successful and sustainable outcomes, navigate any hurdles and fine-tune mindset, beliefs and insights.

My qualifications

Qualified as a Functional Nutritionist, Life Coach, Massage Therapist and Teacher, I bring 20 years of experience working in the Natural Health sector to the clients I work with.

I’m also a Mum of three, so I get the load   Mum’s carry – multi-tasking, home to run, the mad family schedule, work, the dizzying highs and energy slumps…  I also know what it takes to achieve BALANCE and ENJOYMENT and would love to support you have more of that!
